Phuket Gourmet Catering is also open to customize a special menu designed just for you. The menus can be served for seated dinners, family-style, passed-around and buffet style.

Som Tam Station

Som Tam — Green Papaya Salad is a spicy salad made from shredded unripened papaya. It is of Lao origin but it is also eaten throughout the Southeast. The dish combines the five main tastes of the local cuisine: Sour Lime, Hot Chili, Salty/Savory Fish Sauce, and sweetness added by Palm Sugar. The ingredients are mixed and pounded in a mortar.

Pad Thai Station

Pad Thai means (“fried Thai style”) and is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at casual local eateries in Thailand. It is made with soaked, dried rice noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs and chopped firm tofu, and flavored with tamarind pulp, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic or shallots, red chili pepper and palm sugar, and served with lime wedges, roast peanuts, bean sprouts, garlic, chives, your choice of fresh shrimp, crab, squid, chicken or other proteins. Vegetarian versions are also very popular.
