Wedding Catering Services

Chef Daniel and his team of professionals have been catering weddings in Phuket since 2010 and have served more than 400 clients. Our popularity as wedding caterers continues to grow and we are receiving more and more bookings every month! Phuket knows a good thing when it sees it!

Our most popular Wedding Menu is our 4-Course Western Menu & our Thai Menu Family-Style or Buffet.
Although we offer a number of set menu options, please know that menus catering to special diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactos intolerance, allergy-sensitive) are no problem; just let us know in advance and we can customize a menu just for you and your requirements – we are open to anything!

When you’ve decided on your big date and want to book our services, a deposit is required to block the date with us. You can be assured that we will be dedicated to serving you and only you on your special day. Please note that the peak season for weddings is November through March, so plan accordingly and book early. Your deposit paid in full will equal a confirmation of services. Deposits are refundable up to one month before the wedding.

Included in the Wedding Menu is your choice of 3 Canapes, platters, plates, cutlery and linen napkins. If your choice is a buffet-style menu, the buffet set-up is included. Kitchen set-up is also included as well as free transport within Phuket. See below for all of our tantalizing menu options!

Open Bar Packages & Welcome Drinks

We always recommend a non-alcoholic welcome drink when your guests arrive; our best seller is our Lemon Grass Ice Tea that is very refreshing on a sunny Phuket day. It is the perfect combination of Thai flavours and the presentation is exquisite with the glass wrapped in banana leaf with a lemongrass stick and orchids for decoration.

Included in our 8-hour Open Bar Packages is bar set-up, all glassware, ice, mixers, bar tools, decorations, fruits, Bride & Groom’s Cocktail, all spirits, beer, wines, soft drinks, mineral water and juices.

We can also tailor a bar package just for you – we are open to your ideas! Open bars are from 4 to 8 hours in duration. If you wish to provide your own alcohol, we can offer a soft drink package with mixers only. And you can always add Prosecco or Champagne to your drink package and/or upgrade the wine selection.

We offer professional bartenders, flaring bartenders, flaring fire performers, champagne fountains & mixologists.

Late Night Snacks

Another very popular food offering is our Late Night Snack package where we can do everything from a Mexican Taco Bar from our very own Taco Truck to Thai Noodle Soup Boat, all kinds of sliders, mini pizzas, hot dogs, club sandwiches, cold cuts, cheeses and Thai chicken satays.

Recovery Day Brunch

We also offer a great BBQ Brunch Buffet for the day after the wedding; perfect so all your friends and family can relax with some good food while reminiscing about the wedding day. A perfect match with our signature Bloody Mary’s & Sangrias from the open bar package.
